1.4 SUBMITTALS

1.5 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING

1.6 PROJECT CONDITIONS
��� A.� Provide temporary lighting necessary for proper installation.
��� B.� Maintain ambient and surface temperature above 55 degrees F during installation and for 10 days thereafter.

PART 3� EXECUTION
3.1 EXAMINATION AND PREPARATION
��� A.� Verify that dimensions are correct and substrate is in proper condition for installation.� Do not proceed with installation until unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected.
��� B.� Surfaces shall be firm, clean, dry, and free of oils or waxy films.
3.2 INSTALLATION
��� A.� Coat "Ro-Stone" with grout release coating prior to installation.
��� B.� Soak units before installation.
��� C.� Floor Tile:� Install in accordance with the standards referenced below and applicable TCA installation methods.� Set tile with a 1/2-inch joint, unless otherwise indicated.
������� 1.� Thick-bed mortar:� ANSI A108.1C.
������� 2.� Organic adhesive:� ANSI A108.4.
������� 3.� Dry-set Portland cement or latex-Portland cement:� ANSI A108.5.

3.3 CLEANING
��� A.� Clean surfaces as thoroughly as possible on completion of grouting.� Follow manufacturer's instructions.
��� B.� Exterior Tile:� Remove grout release coating with ammonia and water in accordance with manufacturer's instructions after grout clean-up.
��� C.� Interior Tile:� Apply sealer and polish to tile and grout joints in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
��� D.� Polish surface of tile with a soft cloth.
��� E.� Protect adjacent surfaces from staining by mortar and grout materials.� Remove inadvertent soiling immediately and restore to clean, undamaged condition.
