I found this letter on a sidewalk in Queens. I found 3 pages of what was at least a 4-page letter. The author believes she saw something significant involving Arabs and a 32" Pullman. I can not tell who the letter is addressed to or if it was sent, but I don't mind saying that it gave me the creeps at first.
