Room 317 was not my first room at the Parc Lincoln, but it is the room where I stayed the longest. 317 was on the third floor, while my first room (1422) was on the 14th floor and cost $146.31. Room 1422 had a window looking down at Amsterdam Avenue, while room 317 had a view to the back sides of some other buildings. At first I paid $106.33 per week for room 317, but after 6 months of living there the hotel refunded me the tourist tax, cutting the weekly bill to $90 and giving me a few weeks rent for free.
