I turned on my 16 year old Magnavox television and pointed an old Quickcam webcam at it. The old Magnavox can barely produce anything comprehensible to the naked eye. The webcam, though, grabbing half-second time-lapse images, created otherwise impossible images of orgiastic color and dream-like strangeness that verge on the psychedelic.
