Charles Willets Burial Site at Fort Totten Park

Near the front entrance to Fort Totten Park in Bayside, Queens, is a single burial of Charles Willets. Willets Point and the Willets Point Playground in Whitestone are named after Charles Willets. Willets Point has become the center of some controversy as the city wants to claim eminent domain and evict the businesses in the area.
