well, thank god for that.

the short story:

we both moved on. our lives continued, blah, blah, blah and then after 6 months we spoke to each other on the phone and got along ok enough to suggest getting together for a drink. Try and be friends. Etc.

we slept together.

then thought about getting back together.

then thought better of it.

Went on seeing other people. But not without second thoughts, and when we spoke on the phone, talking about how we thought we might be making a big mistake by not being together, we both ended up in tears and pretty shaken.

But we were still seeing other people.

Well, after a week away and two weeks on hiatus from seeing someone, I realized that as much as I liked the people I was with, I wasn't in love with them. And I was in love with her.

So I came back to the city and asked her to marry me. She's seeing some guy (since relatively recently) and I knew that. Hell, I haven't really sat down and told the girl I was seeing (and now blowing off) why I don't want to see her (just don't want to deal with it, frankly).

But the fact remains, she didn't say no. The whole thing threw her, and she's (not surprisingly) a bit confused. Hell, so am I.

But that's life isn't it.

So we'll just see.

And that nate, is the short explanation. Better than getting a quick "no" anyway.

Worried a bit about it being the appendix going out, but i called the emergency room after feeling dizzy yesterday and they said that I don't sem to have the symptoms and it's await and see gig anyway. (basically, when you startahaving sharp, increasing pains that move from the belly button to the area between your hip bone and bladder, then start vomiting, it's time to come in.0 I have had these, well not pains but sensations and discomforts in the right upper ab region and also my right lower back, so now I think its the ab pull thing.
