I was never allowed to play with toy guns as a child. The only guns I ever held were at summer camp (Sequoyah and Chosatonga in 1979 and 1980), from which I still have the National Rifle Association Small Bore Rifle Targets that I shot at. Since then, to the best of my memory I have never held a real gun. I feel like I am testifying about this matter.
