- got to this page this morning and saw what Dreamgirl wrote. So, I went back and read all the earlier entries trying to figure out who and what she was talking about. To my surprise she was talking about 2 people that are in very normal everyday situations..Dani & Wetfly I mean. You give a cool page like this a bad rep with your cruel and insensitive memos. I agree with Dani, most of you commented on things that had absolutly nothing to do with any of you. That was between them and I for one dont blame them for not coming back here and taking abuse from total strangers. But, thats just my opinion. I know this much : I have only been coming to this page for a few days and I really enjoyed it. Today is my last time visiting here. I really dont want nothing to do with such mean people who intentionally hurt someones feelings. Sorabji...keep up the good work on your page. If only you could clean up the trash it would be an excellent place to visit.

- I am basically bullshitting, avoiding starting any 'serious reading' as I wait for the X-Files to come on. Wondering what Slacker is cooking on his stove & where the hell my roommate is.
Imagining Mark's bed to be very disheveled & covered with books & sheet music, possibly with a cat curled up between the pillows. A big tabby with green eyes. But I still don't know why the Navigation box doesn't take you anywhere when you click on stuff. Or why I love Doritos so much when they leave such deep orange stains on my fingertips. (Make a toast to me, Slacker!)

- Thinking about not thinking. I used to try very hard at around age 15, when I discovered yoga, Buddhism etc. The books I read were inadequate. Never worked. Later I learned some breathing tricks. Counting, gradually slowing down the exhales, and then just watching the breath. You don't realize you haven't been thinking until you start up again. Sometimes those first thoughts are real corkers, too. I haven't done that in a long time, think I'll go try it now before I get too sleepy.........

- Don't laugh, Slacker -- at least his friend is clean & alive today. The Virus has carried all my sweet junkie pals off to the Galatical Shooting Gallery in The Stars... They never ripped me off -- I was always glad to let them charm me out of whatever was left in my wallet. And I would sell my t.v. set right this second for 15 minutes of Real Time with any one of them...
(Peace to you Rob & Chrizzie & Cal -- I haven't forgotten the days or the times...)

No harm no foul, Slackness. And I know all jukies are not created eqal -- some dopeheads will rob you blind. But for some reason/the
pearls of wisdom you posted after my Weeds: Blind Date entry will not load. When I click on your entry from the Mingle-
New Msgs. page/all that comes up is my post. So e-mail me & lemme know whatchu said. And what poopsies are.

- Longing for things I can't control. Seeking things already discoved. Screaming, "Find your own giving tree" to the masses as they steal my apples, my leaves, my dreams. I miss cookies, cartoons and laughing till it hurt. I miss simplicity, innocence, beauty. Hate our weakness, our fears, our silence. Told daily, "You are all alone in this world," I brush away tears and walk away. A shadow is a cold thing compared to a soft word...

- wondering what depths of sadness and lonliness bring so many of us to the safety of the non-judgmental message boards. are we reaching out to faceless strangers because of something we lack, or is it something that is lacking from those close to us?

we can see that lonliness brings out the worst in you, doesn't it?
no dear, i am not bored. i am just grown-up enough to not be afraid to admit to being lonely.
when you grow up perhaps you will mature, also.
here's hoping......

- Waiting for a reason for my petty existance. Waiting for a sign to explain all. Lonliness strikes all of us do not despair. I suppose it does teach us to love ourselves, isn't that what everyonw says we need to do? What a crock that is!!!

- Hello folks, "how goes it?" Was just laughing at the Dr. Bob's 'stamp of approval' on a moving .gif image advertisement for about five sex sites. That Dr. Bob, he seems to be quite popular for the elderly blue-ish wig headded sincere women. First time I saw such a thing and you just have to laugh. Think thier really' into in though. Oh well.
Back to the cool side of sites. "How ya'll are?. . . did you pass a good time this Sunday? Eh sha?"
Just wanted to check in and goof off. This Sunday (for me here in New Orleans) was most unusually pleasant. Like Mark sometimes comments, something to the words of .like Sundays . . . just are never too cool.
So nice to retreat to the site. . the Sorabji Sunday afternoon camp site. Thanks.
OH! What also Inspired me to write is the "bulletin" that "THE DR. DEMENTO RADIO SHOW" is about to start. ummm, dont' know if it's live all over but here it begins at 10:? until 12pm. Kicks. A very nice Dr. Demento site is located: http://www.fix.net/krellan/drd (It will lead you to a place on the web that you can hear the Dr. D's show Live over the InterNet of lIfe)
Sure enjoy the communication hot-line that Sorabji has so kindly provided for us here. Thanks again.

- LAUGHING at the irony of the previous wayds and mingle stuff. You guys crack me up!! Oh it's great to be in a good mood. Wish someone were here to share it, but hey I can laugh louder and no one will mind. (Want some chuckles? Do a net search for slang dictionaries so you can finally understand what those people were shouting at you).

- Martin Luther King had a dream. A dream where we could all accept each other's difference and live in harmony.
I too have a dream, but in my dream I see a giant snake wearing a dress, pushing a donut up a hill.
Then I'm falling and falling til I hit my bed, and I see my girlfriend which is also my mom, you know how dreams are.
I just wish all americans could see how dreams can guide us into the collective future.
